توضح هذه الشروط طريقة عملنا مع عملائنا في خدمات تصميم وتطوير المواقع. باستخدامك لموقعنا أو طلبك لخدماتنا فإنك توافق عليها. وفي حال وجود عرض سعر مكتوب لمشروعك، فإن ما فيه من تفاصيل هو المرجع.These terms explain how we work with clients on website design and development. By using our site or ordering our services you agree to them. If your project has a written quote, its details take precedence.
1. عرض السعر1. Quotes
نرسل لكل مشروع عرضاً مكتوباً يحدد الباقة، والصفحات والمزايا المشمولة، والسعر، ومدة التنفيذ. أي إضافة خارج العرض نتفق على سعرها ومدتها قبل تنفيذها.Every project gets a written quote listing the package, included pages and features, price and timeline. Anything outside the quote is priced and scheduled with you before we build it.
2. الدفع2. Payment
الأسعار المعروضة في الموقع بالريال السعودي وتبدأ من السعر المذكور لكل باقة. يُتفق على طريقة الدفع ومواعيده في عرض السعر قبل بدء العمل.Prices on the site are in Saudi riyals and start from the amount shown for each package. Payment method and schedule are agreed in the quote before work starts.
3. المحتوى ومدة التنفيذ3. Content and timeline
تبدأ مدة التنفيذ بعد استلامنا للمحتوى (النصوص والصور والشعار) واعتمادك للتصميم المبدئي. التأخر في تسليم المحتوى أو الملاحظات يمدد مدة التسليم بالقدر نفسه. أنت مسؤول عن أن يكون المحتوى المرسل ملكاً لك أو مصرحاً لك باستخدامه.The timeline starts once we receive your content (text, images and logo) and you approve the initial design. Late content or feedback extends delivery by the same amount. You are responsible for owning, or having the right to use, the content you send.
4. التعديلات4. Revisions
تشمل كل باقة جولات تعديل على التصميم خلال مرحلة المراجعة. التعديلات الجوهرية بعد الاعتماد النهائي، أو إضافة صفحات ومزايا جديدة، تُحسب كعمل إضافي.Each package includes design revision rounds during the review stage. Major changes after final approval, or new pages and features, are treated as additional work.
5. الدومين والاستضافة5. Domain and hosting
سعر التصميم لا يشمل اسم النطاق (الدومين) والاستضافة، وهما اشتراك سنوي منفصل. نساعدك في اختيارهما وربطهما، ونوصي بأن يكون الدومين مسجلاً باسمك.The design price does not include the domain name and hosting, which are a separate yearly subscription. We help you choose and connect them, and recommend registering the domain in your name.
6. الملكية6. Ownership
بعد سداد كامل المبلغ، تنتقل إليك ملكية تصميم موقعك ومحتواه. يحق لنا عرض المشروع ضمن أعمالنا ما لم تطلب غير ذلك كتابياً.Once paid in full, ownership of your site design and content passes to you. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.
7. الدعم بعد الإطلاق7. Support after launch
نبقى معك بعد الإطلاق لإصلاح أي خلل في العمل الذي نفذناه. التحديثات الجديدة والتطويرات بعد ذلك يُتفق عليها حسب حجمها.We stay with you after launch to fix any defect in the work we delivered. New updates and features after that are agreed according to their size.
8. حدود المسؤولية8. Limitation of liability
نبذل أقصى جهدنا ليعمل موقعك بشكل سليم، لكننا لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأعطال الناتجة عن مزودي الاستضافة أو الخدمات الخارجية مثل بوابات الدفع، ولا نضمن ترتيباً محدداً في نتائج جوجل لأنه يعتمد على جوجل نفسها.We do our best to keep your site working properly, but we are not responsible for outages caused by hosting providers or third-party services such as payment gateways, and we cannot guarantee a specific Google ranking because that depends on Google.
9. النظام المطبق9. Governing law
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
