- بيانات تقدمها أنت: مثل اسمك ورقم جوالك أو بريدك ووصف مشروعك، عندما تراسلنا عبر واتساب أو البريد أو نموذج التواصل.Data you give us: such as your name, phone number or email and your project description, when you message us on WhatsApp, by email or through the contact form.
- بيانات الزيارة: معلومات تقنية عامة مثل نوع الجهاز والمتصفح والصفحات التي زرتها، نستخدمها لفهم أداء الموقع وتحسينه.Visit data: general technical information such as device type, browser and pages visited, used to understand and improve the site.

نموذج التواصل في موقعنا لا يحفظ بياناتك على خوادمنا؛ بل يجهّز رسالة ويفتح تطبيق واتساب لترسلها أنت بنفسك. تخضع الرسائل عبر واتساب لسياسة خصوصية واتساب.The contact form on our site does not store your data on our servers; it prepares a message and opens WhatsApp so you can send it yourself. WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.

5. حماية البيانات ومدة الاحتفاظ5. Protection and retention
نحتفظ ببيانات التواصل طوال مدة المشروع وفترة الدعم بعده، ثم نحذف ما لا نحتاجه. الموقع يعمل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS).We keep contact details for the length of the project and the support period after it, then delete what we no longer need. The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
