اختيار المصمم المناسب يوفر عليك وقتاً ومالاً ومشاكل كثيرة بعد التسليم. هذه سبعة أسئلة اسألها لأي مصمم أو شركة قبل أن تدفع أي مبلغ، سواء كنت في المدينة المنورة أو الرياض أو جدة.Choosing the right designer saves you time, money and many problems after launch. Here are seven questions to ask any designer or agency before you pay anything, whether you are in Madinah, Riyadh or Jeddah.
1. هل يمكنني رؤية أعمال حقيقية منشورة؟1. Can I see real, live work?
الصور الجميلة سهلة، لكن الموقع المنشور يكشف الحقيقة: هل يفتح بسرعة؟ هل يعمل جيداً على الجوال؟ هل النص العربي مرتب؟ اطلب روابط مواقع حية وجرّبها بنفسك من جوالك.Pretty screenshots are easy, but a live site tells the truth: does it load fast, work well on a phone, and display Arabic text properly? Ask for links to live sites and try them on your phone.

2. هل السعر واضح ومكتوب؟2. Is the price clear and written down?
احذر من عروض الأسعار الغامضة. العرض الجيد يذكر عدد الصفحات، والمزايا المشمولة، وعدد مرات التعديل، وما الذي يُحسب بتكلفة إضافية.Be careful with vague quotes. A good quote lists the number of pages, the included features, the number of revisions, and what costs extra.
3. كم المدة المتوقعة للتسليم؟3. How long until delivery?
اسأل عن مدة محددة لكل مرحلة: التصميم، المراجعة، البرمجة، والإطلاق. المصمم المنظم يعطيك جدولاً واضحاً ويلتزم به.Ask for a specific time for each stage: design, review, development and launch. An organised designer gives you a clear schedule and keeps to it.

4. هل الموقع والدومين ملك لي؟4. Do I own the website and the domain?
هذا من أهم الأسئلة. يجب أن يكون الدومين مسجلاً باسمك، وأن تحصل على ملفات الموقع أو صلاحية الدخول الكاملة. بعض الشركات تؤجر لك الموقع فقط، وإذا توقفت عن الدفع تخسره.This is one of the most important questions. The domain should be registered in your name, and you should receive the site files or full access. Some companies only rent you the site, and you lose it if you stop paying.
5. هل الموقع يدعم العربية والجوال بشكل صحيح؟5. Does the site handle Arabic and mobile properly?
أغلب زوار المواقع في السعودية يتصفحون من الجوال. تأكد أن التصميم مبني للجوال أولاً، وأن الخط العربي واضح، وأن اتجاه الصفحة من اليمين لليسار مضبوط في كل التفاصيل.Most visitors in Saudi Arabia browse on their phones. Make sure the design is built mobile-first, the Arabic font is clear, and right-to-left layout is correct in every detail.
6. هل يهتم بالظهور في جوجل (السيو)؟6. Do they care about Google visibility (SEO)?
الموقع الذي لا يظهر في جوجل لا يجلب عملاء. اسأل: هل تضيفون عناوين ووصفاً مناسباً لكل صفحة؟ هل الموقع سريع؟ هل تربطونه بـ Google Search Console وملف النشاط التجاري في خرائط جوجل؟A site that does not appear on Google brings no customers. Ask: do you add proper titles and descriptions to every page? Is the site fast? Will you connect it to Google Search Console and a Google Business Profile?
7. ماذا يحدث بعد التسليم؟7. What happens after launch?
اسأل عن الدعم بعد الإطلاق: من يعدل الأسعار أو يضيف صفحة؟ هل هناك فترة دعم مجانية؟ وكم تكلفة التعديلات لاحقاً؟Ask about support after launch: who updates prices or adds a page? Is there a free support period? And what do later changes cost?
